There’s good… and then there’s World Class. Planning and executing a corporate move is a monumental undertaking few Facility Managers do more than once in a career. Consequently, you only get one chance to get it right. The team at IMC made every effort to ensure this would be the case. From the initial kick-off meeting to the detailed facility and office surveys to the off-loading of the final piece of furniture IMC’s performance was perfect. No attention to detail was missed. Early on, teams within our company were formed and every step was meticulously planned. We were coached how to purge and how to pack. Efficiency was their mantra. Come the day of the move IMC was at our door at sunrise, trucks and manpower at the ready. We moved 3 buildings worth of laboratories and offices and close to two hundred people to our new location over 50 miles away. It was accomplished in one day.
