Services: Post-Move Management
In the days and weeks following a relocation, IMC project managers continue to maintain an active presence in smoothing the transition and making sure that every phase has come to a successful conclusion.
- Supervise post-move shifting
Implement client-requested changes at destination;
Facilitate carton and garbage removal;
Identify damages (if any) for insurance claims;
Manage Help Desk to answer staff questions. - Audit mover invoices
Verify time sheets, manpower and material costs. - Manage Furniture Dispostion
If needed, monitor labor and schedule disposal of surplus furniture. - Final Walk-Through with Client
Schedule comprehensive post-move walkthrough;
Address any issues that may be present and/or propose solution;
Troubleshoot to ensure client satisfaction.
